We went to Genesis of Corona intending to test drive the GV70 and GV80. The professional reviews for the cars are exceptional. When we arrived, we were greeted by Marc Madeiros who was professional and very helpful. There was no pressure, and Marc showed us several vehicles inside and out, and quickly arranged test drives. I was so impressed with Marc, the dealership, and the cars, that I decided to purchase on the spot. The deal was easy, fast, and better than any I had seen advertised by other dealerships. This is the second car I have purchased from Genesis of Corona. I purchased a GV70 in February of 2023 and they treated me very well. Unfortunately, in April of 2025 I was rear ended and smashed between two cars and my beautiful car was totalled. I could have purchased something different with my insurance settlement, but the GV70 protected me in the crash and I loved the car so much, I just wanted to replace what I had as close as I could get for what insurance gave me. I tried a closer dealership, but ended up back at Genesis of Corona. This time, my salesperson was Roman Sobolkine. He had two cars fitting my description ready for me when I arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and explained all the features. He knew I was trying to stay in the price range of my insurance settlement and did his best to match the price. Roman and Samir (in finance) had to stay long after closing (without complaint) to complete my sale on a Friday evening. There were a couple loose ends of things Roman promised me and he did not forget and fulfilled his promises. This dealership is extremely pleasurable to work with. Also, my experiences getting my car serviced under the "concierge" program have also been wonderful. I would recommend both Genesis as a brand, this dealership, and Roman Sobolkine.

The new building is really amazing. Even though it was a very hot day it was still pleasant even with so much glass. I purchased a new Genesis GV70 and it is the best car i have ever had. My sales guy Roman new everything about the car. One of the top reasons i chose this store and this brand. Its nice having a salesguy actually know his product. Sadly its a dying art, ive been to many dealership where i ask a question and the sales person just reads the window sticker and gives me a generic answer, i could have done that. Great experience. Highly recommend it.

Each experience has been pleasurable, I I believe I received a fair deal. I live in Westlake Village, almost the other end of the state from Corona. Stopped by the Genesis of Corona showroom and was quickly helped by Roman Sobolkine and he patiently explained the various SUV models. He answered my many questions with the right answers. The showroom is very nice and sales people have their own offices, not like some dealers, where they have tables set up in the open showroom. I did a test drive of a GV80 which made me fall in love with the car. The car was very quiet, spacious and the ride was very nice for an SUV. I came back the next day to ask more questions, which were again answered quickly. Roman knew about the different models, was very friendly and went out of his way to make myself and husband informed. What was amazing was when I decided to purchase the car, the process was completed in 45 minutes with Finance! Roman went over the car details with me and said to call him anytime I had questions. Roman was responsive to text messages and phone calls, and I would definitely do business with Roman at Genesis of Corona in the future.

We decided to check out the local Genesis dealer and salesman Marc Medeiros helped us with our questions and test drive. This dealership is hands down the nicest and most efficiently run place we went to. Marc was super knowledgeable and had the best personality from anyone we worked with. He was not pushy, just very outgoing and professional. We took a pretty long test drive and he was able to answer all of our questions honestly and had us laughing on several occasions. Marc is definitely an asset to this location and I really can't recommend him enough. I am not a huge fan of car salesmen, but I would work with Marc any day!

Overall, the dealership is pretty good… Just beware of what salesman tell you regarding what it’s included on the car and be sure to pay attention to when they run credit checks on you to ensure that they only run one credit check during financing as I had four credit checks For some reason completed on me all of the credit checks landed on my credit history, and unfortunately affected me negatively in another financial transaction a week or two later, Genesis was unhelpful in getting those credit checks taken off my credit history and pointed fingers at each other, saying It was either the finance department locally or Genesis headquarters doing double checks. No one took responsibility for it and because of that I couldn’t get anything done about it. Also, when you submit a survey through Genesis, if you rate them anything lower than five stars or 10 whatever the maximum number of stars is, it goes against the sales people there were some glitches with my delivery so I rated one star below whatever the best rating was and my salesman was unhinged about you know how I had rated it even though it wasn’t perfect. I thought that the rating was OK. It just wasn’t perfect. He actually dressed me down about it Saying that he wasn’t going to make maximum pay on the sale of the car… I told him I would change my rating because I didn’t want any bad blood, but apparently it was too late so now when I walk into the Genesis dealership, I avoid seeing him because we had some disagreement I suppose… All I know is that I drop 60,000+ dollars on a car and I expect better treatment than that especially when I’m just being honest about a survey that they sent to me .

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Prior to my visit at the dealership, Lucy Tobellah reached out to me to check on my needs and offer several options for in stock vehicles. Upon my arrival, she greeted me at the door, took me for a test drive, and then sat down and organized everything efficiently and professionally. Marc is a tall dark handsome Genesis super salesman in the nicest possible way. I met him a couple weeks ago after reading excellent reviews. Marc took me through the car and explained everything and his wonderful personality won me over, and throughout my recent travels Marc followed up without being pushy. Bringing my husband in to see the car he was won over by his charm and of course the car, he walked us through the purchase process and was by far the best buying process I've ever experienced, and now we are part of the Genesis family!

We were looking for a new car and went to several dealerships in our area of Corona, CA 92881. We decided to check out the local Genesis dealer and salesman Marc Medeiros helped us with our questions and test drive. This dealership is hands down the nicest and most efficiently run place we went to. Marc was super knowledgeable and had the best personality from anyone we worked with. He was not pushy, just very outgoing and professional. We took a pretty long test drive and he was able to answer all of our questions honestly and had us laughing on several occasions. Marc is definitely an asset to this location and I really can't recommend him enough. I am not a huge fan of car salesmen, but I would work with Marc any day!

Overall, the dealership is pretty good… Just beware of what salesman tell you regarding what it’s included on the car and be sure to pay attention to when they run credit checks on you to ensure that they only run one credit check during financing as I had four credit checks For some reason completed on me all of the credit checks landed on my credit history, and unfortunately affected me negatively in another financial transaction a week or two later, Genesis was unhelpful in getting those credit checks taken off my credit history and pointed fingers at each other, saying It was either the finance department locally or Genesis headquarters doing double checks. No one took responsibility for it and because of that I couldn’t get anything done about it. Also, when you submit a survey through Genesis, if you rate them anything lower than five stars or 10 whatever the maximum number of stars is, it goes against the sales people there were some glitches with my delivery so I rated one star below whatever the best rating was and my salesman was unhinged about you know how I had rated it even though it wasn’t perfect. I thought that the rating was OK. It just wasn’t perfect. He actually dressed me down about it Saying that he wasn’t going to make maximum pay on the sale of the car… I told him I would change my rating because I didn’t want any bad blood, but apparently it was too late so now when I walk into the Genesis dealership, I avoid seeing him because we had some disagreement I suppose… All I know is that I drop 60,000+ dollars on a car and I expect better treatment than that especially when I’m just being honest about a survey that they sent to me .

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Prior to my visit at the dealership, Lucy Tobellah reached out to me to check on my needs and offer several options for in stock vehicles. Upon my arrival, she greeted me at the door, took me for a test drive, and then sat down and organized everything efficiently and professionally.
